Passengers can use the green channel if there are no dutiable goods to declare and the red channel if they are carrying items that require declaration. For faster processing, passengers can also use the ATITHI app for Android and iOS by Indian Customs to declare goods and currency digitally.

Is there a shuttle between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?

SVPIA operates a complimentary shuttle service between Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 2 (international). Follow airport signage or ask airport staff for assistance.
